REFORMER GOES FLOW TRAINING

Reformer Goes Flow is designed for reformer instructors who want to learn how to build flowing, music-driven reformer classes — classes where flow is at the core without forgetting the other principles of Pilates.

• Transitions from one movement to the next without unnecessary spring changes

• The class flowing as an uninterrupted continuum

• Movements, their tempo and breathing synchronized with the music

• Ready-to-teach reformer flow series (55 min) you can take straight into your classes

• Movement variations for an open-level flow class

• Cueing for the movements, as well as the purpose behind each movement (why this particular movement)
